I am a qualified integrative, therapeutic counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for counselling and psychotherapy (BACP) this means that I adhere to their ethical framework and codes of practice.
I have a background in Psychology and worked for the NHS before qualifying as a counsellor. I have also worked in research and education. I have experience of working in different counselling environments in addition to working in private practice.
Counselling can help you to gain clarity about your feelings and to make sense of difficulties, improve your health and well being and develop new ways of coping.
If you choose to make an appointment, there will be a confidential space for you, together we can explore how you are feeling. I work with bereavement, relationship issues including GSRD, separation, divorce, loss, stress and whatever difficulty you need to bring. Counselling is about you and what you need at this time.
If you have any questions then I would welcome you getting in touch and we can discuss how I can help you.
I value providing a safe, non judgmental, reflective counselling space where you can be heard and understood.
An initial assessment session is £25 for 30 mins. All subsequent sessions are charged at a standard fee of £40 for an hour.
Flexible Appointments are available Monday to Friday. Contact me via the website, email, text or phone, whatever feels right for you. I aim to get back to you as soon as possible, usually the same day.
If I am unable to answer my phone please leave a message.
